Specific performer calls, rehearsal locations, stage-door instructions and the show-day contact are awaiting confirmation. Do not use general rehearsal windows as an individual call.

Before performer sharing
- Chris confirms the current ROS revision, song placeholders, running order, lineup and any cue changes.
- Reconcile the working ROS ensemble with the confirmed show roster, including prior guitarist corrections.
- Confirm individual calls for October 12–14, with time zone, rehearsal locations and stage-door arrival instructions. The earlier rehearsal message used September dates; confirm the intended dates explicitly.
- Confirm which dressing-room information, stage reference and production contact performers should receive.
- Verify the performer email list and representatives. Give approved performers read-only access to the confirmed briefing only, with no guest list, financial, housing or internal production access.
- After Chris’s confirmation: create the approved briefing snapshot, enable scoped performer sign-in, test one authorized performer and one unauthorized account, then share invitations.
